It means that you will never receive an invoice from Profit Margin Advisors. We are experts in identifying opportunities for margin expansion. After learning about your business needs and challenges, we recommend specific solution providers for you to choose. These solution providers are cost free - meaning they are paid out of the savings or revenue produced by the solution. If a recommendation doesn't provide any savings or value, you won't pay for it.
We will meet 1:1 over zoom to get introduced and casually talk through your business needs and challenges. We will walk through a structured discovery process to assess which of our 100+ margin expanding solutions are the best fit for you. We will then make a short term game plan on next steps for seeing those solutions implemented.
We only partner with solution providers who have a proven track record of success, high retention rates, high customer satisfaction scores, and demonstrated cost savings and margin expansion. Our partners are constantly being updated as business needs change. We don't recommend what sells, we recommend what solves your problems.
The vast majority of the time the answer is NO. Wether through re-negotiation, reducing, eliminating, or combining we can generate savings in your tech stack without having to migrate to new vendors. For non-tech vendors, we generate savings primarily through negotiation based on proprietary market data on rates for common services. There are some situations with exceptional savings that may recommend a vendor change - which of course you have the choice to accept or reject.
No! We are proud to be a reason why people are able to keep their employees instead of firing them to save cost. We are not a downsizing or offshoring company. We find hidden profits in your non-labor cost structure, tax incentives, technology stack, and other expense areas that allow you to keep your people and deploy them more effectively.
Some can, some can't. Some programs (like a section 125 SIMERP) require a vendor to build and manage the solution. Cost Segregation, ERC, and other tax incentives are highly specialized and do not apply to all clients. If we find a tax program that saves you money, it's not because your CPA isn't competent, it's because these incentives are highly specialized and require 3rd parties to implement them.
